Janice Little brings over three decades of executive-level administrative and financial leadership to her role as Vice President of Finance and Administration at GGE Consulting Engineers, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas. With a career defined by precision, reliability, and operational excellence, Janice oversees the full scope of the firm’s business operations — from financial management and human resources to marketing and client relations.

Janice’s professional journey in the engineering industry spans more than 30 years, beginning with GE Reaves Engineering in 1990, where she supported firm leadership as an Executive Assistant before taking on progressively greater responsibility. She later served as Office Manager at Poznecki-Camarillo, Inc. for nearly 15 years, where she honed her expertise in proposal development, HR compliance, and multi-department administrative coordination. Returning to GE Reaves Engineering in 2017, she stepped into her current VP role — a testament to the trust and respect she has earned throughout her career.

Before entering the private sector, Janice proudly served in the United States Air Force, where she provided executive support to the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA) and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer-in-Charge across squadrons in the U.S. and Japan. Her exemplary service earned her the Air Force Commendation Medal.
