Community Infrastructure
What was the challenge?
The city turned this MH community into a cooperative where the city aquired the park and the owners took over management. The infrastructure had to be updated as it had fallen into disrepair after five decades and it was beyond its service life.
What we did?
We performed the complete analysis and redisgn for the community infrastructure to bring it up to current city code and TCEQ rules, and did it while tenants were still occuping their homes.
What was the outcome?
We were able to complete the necessary permiting and replacement of the utilities grid including, power, fresh water, waste water and road reconditioning to the entire community.
